Your tasks:

• Independent set-up and operation of CNC machines (3-axis/5-axis) incl. setting up clamping devices and assembling and installing tools
• Pre-setting tools and checking pre-set tools
• Machining workpieces (in single part/small series production) according to CAD data and drawings from our design engineers
• Independent specification of all machining tools required to manufacture the workpiece
• Reading in, checking and adapting CNC programs for the workpieces to be machined
• Carry out any set-up work (tools, clamping devices) independently
• Ensure the machining quality as part of the worker’s self-inspection and carry out corrective measures if necessary
• Comply with the required quality and quantity specifications
• Cleaning and maintenance of the machines in the area of responsibility

Our requirements:

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator or comparable qualification? Perfect – we are looking for you.
• CAM software and Heidenhain controls under control? Great – we need your technical flair.
• You can safely control several machines at the same time and maintain an overview at all times.
• Read and understand technical drawings? No problem for you, it’s routine.
• Shift work (2 shifts) is not an issue for you – flexibility counts for us.
• Working independently, tackling tasks and being a convincing team player – that’s exactly what we expect.
