Over the years, we have been able to give our employees an economically secure position and offer a wide range of opportunities for personal development. Thanks to our motivation and motto, TOGETHER ACHIEVING MORE, we form a strong team that takes on the tasks and challenges of the market and works successfully with our customers and suppliers.
Even if the first years of the CEFEG, since the new foundation in 2005, were not easy, we can be all the more proud of what has emerged in recent years. Together with our customers, we developed new technical solutions for their products, expanded and expanded the area of tool design and invested in the most modern machine park for punching and bending technology that the market has to offer. In this combination, we have created special unique selling points for CEFEG in the industry.
The CEFEG became more efficient and more powerful from year to year. Thanks to our production data planning and recording system, which was introduced in 2008, we are able to react flexibly to the wishes and requirements of our customers. We have managed to open up business areas that were unthinkable 15 years ago, also thanks to the intensive exchange and good networking with our partners. And not just in the area of our products and processes. We also set priorities early on in the areas of occupational health management, digitization and sustainability, and integrated this into the corporate philosophy.
Technological progress is not only determined by our modern machinery, but above all by the people behind it, who with their know-how can offer our customers individual solutions to their technical challenges and react flexibly and quickly to customer requests.
What we have created in the past 15 years is more than demonstrable. We are more than proud of our performance and our impact in the region.
